For your clients
The questions your clients will ask
These are the answers the client support team gives, so you know exactly what your clients experience. Your front desk never has to answer any of them.
Who is actually treating me? +
Licensed US clinicians from Beluga Health, an independent physician-led medical group. Every consultation is a live visit, and every prescribing decision is made by a clinician who has reviewed your health history.
Is this safe? +
Treatment is only prescribed where a licensed clinician determines it is clinically appropriate for you, after reviewing your health history. Not everyone qualifies, and ongoing care includes side-effect support and dose management.
Do I need insurance? +
No. Programs are cash-pay with transparent monthly pricing shown on the storefront before you commit. No insurance paperwork, no surprise bills.
Can I pay over time? +
Yes. Plans of three months or longer can be split into installments with Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm at checkout. No membership or consultation fees, and shipping is included.
When am I charged? +
We place a temporary hold on your card at checkout. You are only charged if a clinician prescribes. If you are not eligible, the hold is released. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
How quickly will I get my medication? +
After your consultation, prescriptions, where appropriate, are filled by the pharmacy network and shipped to your door, typically within days.
What if I have side effects or questions? +
You message the care team anytime. Anything medical goes straight to a clinician. The business you signed up through is never involved in your medical care.
Does the business see my medical information? +
No. Your medical records stay with the clinical team under HIPAA. The business never sees your health information, only you and your care team do.
Am I guaranteed a prescription? +
No, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. A licensed clinician decides what is appropriate for you. If treatment is not right, we will tell you.
Can I cancel? +
Yes, anytime. Programs are monthly subscriptions with no lock-in and clear cancellation terms shown upfront.
Where do the medications come from? +
State-licensed pharmacies dispense and ship every prescription. Compounded medications are prepared individually by those pharmacies and are not FDA approved.
